We are a couple of wine lovers who have a passion for fine food and fine wine. We believe that there is a need to provide a service to enable quality wine to be available at a wider spectrum of dining establishments so that the dining experienced is enhanced.

Jim Catt is a kiwi who grew up in Cambridge and Wellington, before migrating to Sydney in the    80s. He has lived in Singapore and has travelled extensively.

Alan Creighton is a native of Australia growing up in Brisbane before living in various places including Wollongong, Los Angeles, London, Singapore before settling in Sydney. He also has travelled extensively across North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
